Apartment had bugs all over the floor when I viewed it before renting, I was assured that was just because it had been empty for so long. But after moving in, I found that it's just the way it is. I keep my place clean, but every day I wake up to at least a dozen insects on the floor of my apartment. I've talked to management, but all that they do is add me to the list for the next insect service, which hasn't made a difference.

Be ready to do your laundry outside
Although apartment itself is at great location. Management sucks big time. First apartment was given to us in unclean condition and following that we had issue with washer. Washer moves violently and moved out of its place and hurt my wife’s fit.Stay away from this place. There are other great options in the area.

Very poor management
The apartment itself is ok for the price, but the outside and the amenities are not well maintained. The gym is often inaccessible, the pool is kinda gross, the area for disposing garbage is always overflowing and disgusting, which leads to garbage blowing around the complex and onto my patio. I'm picking up garbage from my patio at least once a week.
But instead of being worried about their trash problem, the management sent me a notice threatening to throw my young child's bike away... because I left it on my patio overnight, despite there being nothing in my lease agreement that mentions bicycles on patios. A simple request to have me move it would have been nice, but unnecessary threats seems to be the style this property prefers.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. We would love to speak on some points of your review. The gym doors were not functional for three weeks because we were waiting on a part to fix them, they have been up and running for a month now. The pool is... currently closed for the season and do our best to keep the area well kept. We just had the pool resurfaced and the deck repair completed in 2021. In reference to the improper disposal claim, we have cameras facing the dumpster so we can address this matter immediately. We did recently preform a property inspection and sent notices to any/all resident with violations. Bicycles are not allowed on patios and balconies as stated in the lease agreement. The notice that was sent to all residents is the same notice we have used for many years. The notice is also an auto-generated notice from our system and states exactly what is needed to immediately rectify the issue. If you have any more questions or concerns, please reach out to us directly. Thank you.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX
Sorry for a long post but if you are considering signing lease in this apartment, take some time and read this in entirety. If you are a current resident, make sure you communicate well and collect all evidences (take pictures, document all emails and communication with the office, etc.) before terminating your lease.
I have stayed in Corbin Greens for over three years. I was the first resident in my unit after the construction. Everything was as expected and the staffs were helpful. After 2... years staying in a 1 bedroom apartment, I decided to switch to a 2 bedroom within the same management. During that time, I had no problem as was moving within the same complex. About 3 months before the termination of lease I got a notice that the granite were to be sealed. This was the only time I received any notice for sealing the counter tops during my entire stay and something to note, there are lot of units with a light colored granite countertops. I contacted the leasing office stating my granite had developed some stains. I was told that the person who comes to seal would not seal with the stains and would let me know if anything needs to be done by me. After the scheduled date, I contacted the leasing office again but at that time, they said it was already sealed. I emailed them asking if the granite was in acceptable condition but never got an official reply. I washed the carpet, replaced all the bulb fixtures and cleaned everything I saw on the checklist they had provided. After about a week, I received a notice with an estimated balance due of over $2400. This included the cost to replace the granite tops, cleaning dust in ceiling fans, light fixtures, etc. Some of them were legit but most of them were bogus. Later I got a revised bill of $3500.
So a genuine advice to everyone, stay away from this apartment complex. They almost always charge significantly high amounts. You can read other reviews and decide for yourself. My case is not an isolated event. There are other people complaining about the illogical charges during the lease termination. Also the granite tops the apartment advertises is not of the best quality and is not properly sealed. Even after they claimed the seal was done, I could find it absorbing water easily. My advice to the current resident, collect evidence (pictures) of the condition you left the apartment unit. Don't trust on phone communications; try to get everything in writing or email whenever possible.
