Not luxury

Property owned by multi billion dollar corporation with millions and millions in annual revenue but no money to replace mine or my neighbors yellow broken blinds, damaged floors or counters, all made with the cheapest builders grade materials imaginable so they can be efficiently replaced as needed but that's obviously not happening. Not sure who or what the problem is but there's been a lot of turnover in the office and l've only gone in there once and they tried to argue with me over our... broken rusting smelly old washing machine that leaked oil on our clothes. This is after the now ex maintenance manager actually yelled at me inside my home over a Nest thermostat, which you're apparently not allowed to have be the place is so old that it blows fuses or whatever lol. It's been weird and uncomfortable from move in day when we realized the apartment we looked at was in significantly better condition than the apartment we were moving into. I don't feel like there's one person that works here that I can go to when I need something bc they're condescending and combative. This place is the direct opposite of luxury.

Disgusting property and even worse management, BEWARE!

This may be the most disgusting and mismanaged property in the KC area. I have pictures of the nasty filter being changed after 5 months and then again 6 months later that the property manager wouldn't even touch and left in the living room. You should choose anywhere else in the KC/Liberty area other than this death trap, especially considering the respiratory issues my family now has from living here while we were finishing the build of our house. Truly one of the worst mistakes we have ever... made as a family!
When you leave they will try and rip you off, by law they are required to give you a walk through of the property to assess any potential damages, they will not do this and still blame Covid protocols. If they were worried about Covid, they wouldn't allow a family to live in this filth and with such disgusting air filtration. You should beware if you live there currently or even considering this disgusting property for yourself or your family, there are many options better than this.

Senior Citizen

7 years followed and then a new owner. Until they showed up loved it. New crew could do nothing right and would lie and falsify documents. Never seen a team like this. Made the place uninhabitable Wait until Sentinel is fired or replaced by a new owner.

Wonderful, leisurely, relaxing, a place like Home!

I moved from LA to KCMO I looked over dozen apartments but finally decided to move to Carrington place at shoal creek apartments. I liked it the first time I saw it, staff is very friendly and caring; it is very pleasing, the neighbors are all very good. We have all kind of facilities. Apartment keeps arranging different kind of social activities for the people living on property including but not limited to Bingo, pool party, activity classes, $1 hot dog.... And the list is just endless. It is... very safe and clean. It is very close to everything that you will ever need for house, garden, kids recreation, eating and shopping. I can just keep on going. I just have moved to Bay Area CA and am in a phase of moving from this beautiful apartment which I loved like my Home to Silicon Valley. I wish I could find something closer to Carrington Place at Shial Creek Apartments.
