Maintenance is a bit slow and they are slow giving us heads up on stuff. But overall, this is a great place to be. We are enjoying living here.

So far so good. Front desk has been great. Mark and james have been EXTREMELY helpful since day one . I had a little maintenance trouble and it was fixed same day!

Slightly improving. Five more notice to community events. Emails on a Monday night for events that week is far too short notice. People want to join but not enough time.
Also, sort the weed smokers out. Public area on 4th/5th floor always smells

Amazing neighbourhood & locality, noise free. Amenities are well kept. Management is helpful & responsive. Plenty of space to sit, work, chill and play!

The move in experience had been good so far.
The leasing agents were very helpful.
One small Issue is that the walls are a bit thinner than I would like
