I just moved in to One Theater Square and so far I am loving it! The view from my apartment of Military Park is stunning. The move in process was seamless and smooth. I was even left snacks, water, and a gift card to the coffee shop downstairs upon moving in. I felt very taken care of! The noise level is quiet, the staff I've met are all very kind, the amenities are clean and in great condition, and the overall quality and cleanliness of the building is top notch. The only way to make it 5 stars... is it seems maintenance requests take a bit longer than I was expecting. There are a few things my boyfriend and I noticed needed quick fixing/touch ups upon moving in, and it would have been perfect if those were taken care of beforehand and/or quickly upon move in. That's my only feedback so far. Overall, I am very happy with my move to One Theater Square!

Comfortable , warm and helpful management. Apartment community is well maintained at all times and occasional events are held which is so much fun. Manager and the staff here are the best. So happy to live here in this community feels like home.

Our resident experience has been really good. Highlight is the steam room and the sauna which are both great places to unwind. The location near the NJ PAC and the Prudential center is also convenient. Check out the Halsey Street area and the Ironbound area if you live here.
